Step 1:
Copy all folders in ticket to your source main root.
Step 2:
Run this link with browser: http://domain.com/vqmod/install
Then have this notify is success: VQMOD ALREADY INSTALLED!
*Note If the vqmod is install you don’t need to install it again.
Step 3:
Run link: http://domain.com/index.php?route=ticket/install
You Have successfully created database
Step 4:
Now you can see one link for admin (Ticket) Where you have all controls.
Second at footer of frontend – Under customer service before contact us link as Support Ticket.
Step 5:
If you get Permission denied when you click on ticket link of admin panel.
You need to change permission >>
Go to admin panel >> System Menu >>> Users >> User Groups >> Click Top Administrator (Edit link) >> in access permission click on select all and same with modify permission select all and then save it.
To change text for email and other language variables you can do by following procedure.
Admin:
Link: Ticket >> Email Template
Change message_subject & message_content same the following Image:

If Permission Denied >> Follow Step 5:
